Adriana Alsup Killed in Head-On Crash on Highway 201 in Mountain Home, Arkansas on December 10, 2025

A fatal head-on collision claimed the life of a young Mountain Home woman on December 10, 2025, in Baxter County, Arkansas. According to preliminary findings from the Arkansas State Police, the crash occurred around 12:15 p.m. on Highway 201 North when a northbound pickup truck crossed the center line into oncoming traffic.

The southbound vehicle, a 2010 Chevrolet Aveo driven by 19-year-old Adriana Alsup, was struck head-on and forced off the roadway. The impact caused the Aveo to rotate before colliding with a third vehicle traveling behind it. Alsup was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities arrested the driver of the pickup truck, who faces multiple charges as the investigation into the circumstances of the crash continues.
