Donna Openshaw Injured in Fatal Crash at Promenade Blvd and Green Acres Rd in Rogers, AR

On August 10, 2025, at approximately 2:47 PM, a fatal traffic collision occurred at the intersection of South Promenade Boulevard and West Green Acres Road in Rogers, Benton County, Arkansas. The incident involved a 2012 Honda Accord and a 2020 Chevy Camaro. According to official reports, the Honda Accord exited a private drive and was struck on the driver's side by the southbound Camaro.

Donna Lee Openshaw, age 56, of Bentonville, AR, was a passenger in the Honda Accord and sustained injuries in the crash. She was transported to Mercy Hospital for medical treatment. The driver of the Accord, 75-year-old Cynthia Louise Casebolt of Bella Vista, was pronounced dead at the scene. A minor in the second vehicle was also reported injured. Weather and road conditions were clear and dry at the time of the incident. The investigation is being handled by the Rogers Police Department.
