Fatal ATV Accident in Fremont, NY Claims Life of Alice Ferber
On July 15, 2025, a fatal all-terrain vehicle (ATV) accident occurred in the town of Fremont, New York, resulting in the death of a juvenile passenger. According to a preliminary investigation conducted by the New York State Police, a 15-year-old was operating an ATV through a field along County Road 94 with Alice R. Ferber, also 15, of Hankins, riding as a passenger. During an attempted right turn, the ATV overturned, ejecting both individuals.
The ATV landed on top of Ferber, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to Garnet Health for treatment.
