Highway 10 Collision in Becker, Minnesota Involving Randy Laabs – November 5, 2025

On November 5, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred on eastbound Highway 10 at Sherburne County Road 8 in Becker, Minnesota. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the incident involved a 2014 Kia Optima and a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado. The Optima was executing a left turn onto County Road 8 when it collided with the eastbound Silverado.

The driver of the Silverado, identified as 63-year-old Randy Fred Laabs of South Haven, Minnesota, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to CentraCare Hospital for treatment. The driver of the Kia, 61-year-old Bruce David Roiland of Elk River, Minnesota, also suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Road conditions were reported as dry, and no alcohol was involved. Becker Police, Fire, and the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
