Jennifer Garcia Injured in Jay, Oklahoma Head-On Collision on November 2, 2025

A head-on collision occurred on the evening of November 2, 2025, on US 59 approximately 480 feet north of County Road E 390 near Jay, Oklahoma. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a northbound vehicle departed the roadway for an unknown reason, struck a roadside sign, and re-entered the highway, crossing the center line. The vehicle then collided head-on with a southbound vehicle.

Jennifer Garcia, a 26-year-old resident of Jay, sustained injuries in the impact. The collision also resulted in the death of 68-year-old Mary Foreman, who operated the northbound vehicle. Authorities have not yet determined the cause of Foreman’s departure from the roadway, and the investigation remains ongoing.
