Jennifer Marie Kluver Injured in Icy Highway 52 Crash in Rochester, Minnesota on January 10, 2026
A single-vehicle crash on a snow- and ice-covered stretch of Highway 52 in Rochester sent two occupants to the hospital Saturday morning, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. The incident occurred at approximately 9:07 a.m. in the southbound lanes near 2nd Street SW, when a Chevrolet pickup lost control under hazardous road conditions and struck the median wall.
Jennifer Marie Kluver, 71, of Waseca, Minnesota, was a passenger in the vehicle and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. She was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for treatment. The driver, identified as 69-year-old Scott Kenneth Kluver, was also injured but remained in stable condition. Authorities reported that both occupants were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash, and no alcohol was suspected. The collision underscores the risks posed by winter driving conditions in southeastern Minnesota.
