Joe and Brittany Eaton Injured in U.S. Highway 97 Crash Near Orondo, Washington on October 19, 2025

In Orondo, Washington, on October 19, 2025, Joe Eaton, 42, and Brittany Eaton, 32, were injured along with two minors following a serious head-on collision on U.S. Highway 97. According to reports from the Washington State Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 1:28 p.m. when a 21-year-old driver from Lake Stevens lost control of his vehicle, veered across the center line, and struck the Eatons’ one-ton pickup truck. The impact caused the truck to roll over onto its roof.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene, and all four occupants of the Eaton vehicle β€” Joe Eaton, Brittany Eaton, and two children, aged 12 and 14 β€” were transported to Confluence Health Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
