Josefina Gonzalez-Knoerr Injured in Longview, WA Crash on September 29, 2025
On the morning of September 29, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred on Interstate 5 near the Toutle River Rest Area in Longview, Washington. At approximately 11:20 a.m., a Toyota Tundra veered to the right before abruptly overcorrecting left, striking a southbound Honda CR-V. The Honda was being driven by Josefina Gonzalez-Knoerr, a 50-year-old resident of Rochester.
Gonzalez-Knoerr sustained injuries in the crash and was transported to PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center for treatment. The driver and passenger of the Toyota Tundra, both from Oregon, were uninjured. The Washington State Patrol is continuing to investigate the incident. Road conditions at the time were reported to be dry.
