Joshua Gunville-Quach Killed in Skid Steer Accident at Northwest Oklahoma City Construction Site on December 18, 2025

Joshua Gunville-Quach, 34, a construction worker in Oklahoma City, was killed in a workplace accident at a construction site in northwest Oklahoma City on December 18, 2025. Police responded around noon to the area of Northwest 196th Street near North May Avenue, where Gunville-Quach had been run over by a skid steer, a common piece of heavy equipment used in construction operations. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, while the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the official cause and manner of death.
