Joshua Julian Fatal Collision Near Quincy, Washington on November 14, 2025

A fatal collision on State Route 28 east of Quincy on November 14, 2025, claimed the life of 49-year-old Ephrata resident Joshua “Josh” Julian. According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash occurred when a commercial vehicle attempted to turn left from a private driveway onto the eastbound lanes, failing to yield and pulling directly into the path of Julian’s westbound vehicle. The resulting impact was catastrophic, leaving Julian dead at the scene. Authorities identified the driver of the turning vehicle as a 36-year-old Othello man.

Julian, a known Territory Manager for US Foods, leaves behind his wife Ashley and their four children.
