Police stated that Hill was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Spark that was stopped in the 3600 block of 41st Street while preparing to turn into an apartment complex when it was struck from behind by a 2013 Ford F-350. The crash occurred at approximately 1:10 p.m., and Hill sustained critical injuries.

Emergency responders transported Hill for medical treatment, but she later succumbed to her injuries.
