Kenneth Williams Jr. Injured in Fatal Maplewood Crash on September 20, 2025

On September 20, 2025, a single-vehicle rollover crash occurred on the eastbound Highway 36 ramp to southbound Highway 61 in Maplewood, Minnesota. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the driver of a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe lost control of the vehicle while entering the exit ramp at high speed. The vehicle veered off the roadway, rolled into a ditch, and came to rest upside down in shallow water.

Among the five occupants was 32-year-old Kenneth Alex Williams Jr. of Mounds View, Minnesota, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Regions Hospital. Tragically, one-year-old Revon Melvin Anthony Todd was pronounced dead at the scene after being extricated from underneath the overturned vehicle. The other three passengers, including two young children, were also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Alcohol was confirmed to be involved on the part of the 28-year-old driver, Rachale Francine Peloquin, of St. Paul.
