Officer Alex Steven Thibert Injured in Highway 1 Collision in Reiner Township, Minnesota on December 18, 2025

On the morning of December 18, 2025, Officer Alex Steven Thibert of Thief River Falls was injured in a traffic collision while on duty in Reiner Township, Pennington County. The incident occurred at the intersection of Highway 1 and 400th Avenue NE under snow- and ice-covered road conditions.
