Sarah Vedder Injured in Vehicle Collision on Mill Plain Boulevard in Vancouver, WA – September 18, 2025
On the evening of September 18, 2025, Sarah Vedder, a 62-year-old Vancouver resident, sustained injuries after being struck by a vehicle while in the roadway near the Mill Plain Boulevard on-ramp to southbound Interstate 205. The collision occurred at approximately 7:40 p.m. and involved a 2013 Lincoln MKZ operated by 37-year-old Chad Ackerman, who remained unharmed in the incident.
Vedder was transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center for treatment. As of the following day, her condition had not been publicly disclosed.
