Tabitha Caballero Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries in I-35 Collision – Oakland Township, MN, October 18, 2025

On October 18, 2025, a serious three-vehicle collision occurred on northbound Interstate 35 near County Road 46 in Oakland Township, Freeborn County, Minnesota. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 1999 Ford Explorer traveling southbound in the northbound lanes struck a northbound 2025 Honda CRV. Shortly after the initial impact, a northbound 1997 Chevrolet GMT-400 collided with the Ford.

Tabitha Ann Caballero, a 30-year-old passenger from Mankato, Minnesota, sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash. She was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital for emergency medical treatment. The driver of the Ford Explorer, Anthony Lee Graham, age 25 of Austin, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The other drivers and passengers involved also received medical attention, with varying levels of injury severity. The roadway was dry at the time of the crash, and authorities confirmed that alcohol was not a contributing factor.
