Aaron Colston Killed in Bullard Intoxication Manslaughter Crash

On June 11, 2025, a single-vehicle crash occurred on County Road 3601 in Bullard, Texas, resulting in the death of Aaron Colston, a 38-year-old resident of Bullard. The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office reported that the crash took place around 8:15 p.m., with Cordale Graham, 30, identified as the driver. Graham, who allegedly smelled of alcohol and was found to be in possession of marijuana, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and possession of marijuana. According to arrest documents, Graham initially claimed to be the passenger but was determined to be the driver based on witness statements and evidence at the scene.Colston was pronounced deceased at the scene, and an autopsy has been ordered by Cherokee County Pct. 3 Justice of the Peace Judge Phillip Grimes, to be conducted by Forensic Medical Management Services in Tyler. Graham was taken to a local hospital for blood testing and is currently held on bonds totaling $55,000. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing, with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office continuing to gather evidence.
