Amber Averett and Children Injured in Payson Crosswalk Accident

On May 7, 2025, in Payson, Utah, Amber Averett and four children were struck by a Nissan Maxima while crossing 800 South in a designated crosswalk. The driver, an unidentified female, failed to yield during a turn and collided with the group, resulting in multiple injuries.
