Brandon Bridgman Injured in Fatal Head-On Collision on State Highway 15

On April 25, 2025, at approximately 8:10 a.m., a devastating head-on collision took place on State Highway 15, south of U.S. Highway 70, in rural Lonoke County, Arkansas. The incident involved a 2023 Kia Sportage, driven by 20-year-old Bailey Winkler of England, Arkansas, and a 2019 Isuzu NPR-HD, operated by 51-year-old Brandon Bridgman of Conway, Arkansas. According to the Arkansas State Police report, Winkler’s vehicle veered across the center line, striking Bridgman’s vehicle head-on. The weather was clear, and the road conditions were dry at the time of the accident.

Tragically, Bailey Winkler succumbed to her injuries at the scene, with her body transported to UAMS. Brandon Bridgman, along with his passenger, 56-year-old David Fields of Sherwood, Arkansas, sustained injuries and were promptly taken to UAMS and Baptist Springhill for medical treatment.
