David Fields Injured in Fatal Lonoke County Crash

On April 25, 2025, at approximately 8:10 a.m., a tragic head-on collision occurred on State Highway 15, south of U.S. Highway 70, in rural Lonoke County, Arkansas. The incident involved a 2023 Kia Sportage, driven by 20-year-old Bailey Winkler of England, Arkansas, and a 2019 Isuzu NPR-HD, operated by 51-year-old Brandon Bridgman of Conway, Arkansas. According to the Arkansas State Police report, Winkler’s vehicle crossed the center line, striking Bridgman’s vehicle head-on under clear weather and dry road conditions.

Tragically, Bailey Winkler was pronounced deceased at the scene. David Fields, 56, of Sherwood, Arkansas, who was a passenger in the Isuzu, sustained injuries and was transported to Baptist Springhill for medical treatment. The driver, Brandon Bridgman, was also injured and taken to UAMS.
