On September 15, 2025, a single-vehicle accident involving a dump truck occurred on Highway 23 near mile marker 195 in Rockville, Minnesota. The incident involved an older-model 1994 Freightliner dump truck operated by 80-year-old Darwin Arthur Voigt of Cold Spring. According to authorities, the southbound truck lost a tire, veered off the roadway, and rolled over.

Emergency responders from Rockville Fire, Cold Spring Police, and the Stearns County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the scene. Voigt, who was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Saint Cloud Hospital for treatment.
