Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Tooele City: Louise Machado Identified as Victim

On February 22, 2025, at approximately 6:55 p.m., Tooele City police were dispatched to a tragic traffic collision at 490 S. Main Street in Tooele City, Utah. The incident involved a 65-year-old pedestrian, Louise Machado, who was struck by a pickup truck while crossing the street.
