Kristopher Fisher Injured in Fatal Head-On Crash in Cass County

On May 29, 2025, a fatal head-on collision took place shortly after 9 p.m. on County Road 13 in Turtle Lake Township, Cass County, Minnesota, near Onigum. The incident involved a 2009 KIA operated by Vilayvieng Khamvongsa, 61, of Walker, and a 2013 Dodge driven by Jennifer Burton, 55, of Menahga. Both drivers were pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash.
