Rachel Fox Killed in Tragic Motorcycle Accident in Sequoyah County
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, a devastating motorcycle accident claimed the lives of two individuals in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. The collision occurred on OK-100/S. 4490 Road near Gore, involving a Ford Mustang and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the scene, where emergency personnel confirmed the fatalities and provided medical assistance to the injured driver of the Mustang.
The Mustang was driven by 62-year-old Rhonda Eagle, who sustained injuries to her extremities and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The motorcycle was operated by 49-year-old Chadrick Hornback, with 41-year-old Rachel Fox as his passenger. Tragically, both Hornback and Fox were pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency responders.
