Rebecca Fox Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision on Highway 23 in Arthur Township, MN

On August 31, 2025, a two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 23 and Harbor Street in Arthur Township, Kanabec County, Minnesota. A 2011 Buick Lucerne entered the intersection from a stop sign on northbound Harbor Street and collided with a 2007 Ford Freestar traveling westbound on Highway 23. The impact pushed the Ford off the roadway, causing it to strike a stop sign and a cable junction box. Road conditions at the time were reported as dry.

Rebecca Marie Jean Fox, a 36-year-old female from Coon Rapids, MN, was a passenger in the Ford Freestar and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. She was transported to Wellia Mora for medical evaluation. No alcohol was involved in the incident, and emergency response was provided by Ogilvie Fire and Wellia Ambulance.
