Ashley Sellers Injured in Fatal Head-On Collision on Highway 412 in Rural Madison, Arkansas – September 27, 2025

In the early morning hours of September 27, 2025, a fatal motor vehicle collision occurred on U.S. Highway 412 near Madison County Road 2315 in Rural Madison, Arkansas. A 2022 Honda Accord traveling westbound crossed the centerline and struck an eastbound 2018 Subaru Forester in a head-on impact. The crash resulted in the death of 37-year-old Wilfredo Vasquez of Norristown, Pennsylvania, who was driving the Honda.

The driver of the Subaru Forester, 33-year-old Ashley Sellers of Fayetteville, sustained injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital for treatment. Road and weather conditions were reported to be dry and clear at the time of the incident. The Arkansas State Police is handling the investigation, with the Madison County Coroner taking custody of the deceased.
