Caleb Isabel Injured in Fatal I-530 Rollover Crash in Jefferson County, AR – October 9, 2025

On October 9, 2025, a fatal single-vehicle accident occurred on Interstate 530 southbound near mile marker 26 in rural Jefferson County, Arkansas. According to the Arkansas Department of Public Safety, a 2009 Toyota Camry traveling south left the roadway and over-corrected, causing the vehicle to spin clockwise and overturn multiple times. The crash resulted in one fatality and three injuries.

Caleb Isabel, a 20-year-old passenger from Memphis, Tennessee, sustained injuries in the crash and was transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center for treatment. The driver, identified as 18-year-old Taariq Conner of Pine Bluff, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Fellow passengers, Caleb Winfield of Fort Worth and Jatwan Wells of Pine Bluff, were also injured. Weather and road conditions were reported as clear and dry at the time of the incident. The crash remains under investigation by Trooper Jacob Garcia of the Arkansas State Police.
