Charwan Abdulsalam Mustafa Injured in Douglas County, Minnesota I-94 Rollover Crash on February 13, 2026 Amid Snowy Conditions

On February 13, 2026, an early morning rollover crash on eastbound Interstate 94 at Milepost 93 in Moe Township, Douglas County, Minnesota, resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to two Moorhead men. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2010 Toyota Highlander traveling eastbound left the roadway and rolled at approximately 7:04 a.m. Road conditions were reported as snow and ice at the time of the incident.

Charwan Abdulsalam Mustafa, 42, was a passenger in the vehicle and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to Alomere Health for treatment. The driver, 63-year-old Azad Berwari of Moorhead, also suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the same facility. Authorities confirmed that both occupants were wearing seat belts and that alcohol was not suspected as a factor in the crash. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Brandon Fire Department, and North Ambulance assisted at the scene.
