On the night of October 11, 2025, a fatal incident occurred on State Highway 2 in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, involving Heather Linn-Schutt, age 46, and her 22-year-old daughter, Emma Marie Linn, both residents of Antlers. The two women were engaged in a physical altercation in the roadway at approximately 10:15 p.m. when they were struck by a northbound pickup truck.
