On the morning of October 27, 2025, Peoria Police responded to a fatal pedestrian collision in the city’s North Valley. Authorities confirmed that 71-year-old Rudy O. Stuffel of Peoria was struck by a vehicle at approximately 6:50 a.m. near the intersection of Spaulding Avenue and NE Monroe Street.
