Julian Soliz Injured in Serious Semi-Truck Crash Near Muleshoe, Texas on October 17, 2025
On October 17, 2025, a severe traffic collision occurred north of Muleshoe, Texas, resulting in one fatality and serious injury to another individual. The incident involved two semi-trucks at the intersection of SH 214 and FM 145. According to Texas Department of Public Safety officials, the crash transpired when 46-year-old Wilnick Saint-Paul of Florida failed to observe a stop sign, colliding with a second semi-truck on the passenger side.
The second truck, operated by 30-year-old Julian Soliz, was engulfed in flames following the impact. Soliz managed to exit the vehicle and was subsequently airlifted to University Medical Center in Lubbock for treatment of significant injuries. Saint-Paul was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
