Justin Wood Killed in Rear-End Collision on State Highway 59 in Seminole County, Oklahoma – September 28, 2025

On the afternoon of September 28, 2025, a fatal traffic incident occurred in Seminole County, Oklahoma. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 40-year-old Justin Wood of Konawa was killed when another vehicle collided with the rear of his car along State Highway 59 near East-West 1290 Road at approximately 3:25 p.m.

The impact forced Wood’s vehicle off the roadway, where it overturned. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Wood was the sole occupant of the vehicle. The driver of the other car was not injured. As of the most recent report, no arrest has been made, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
