On January 13, 2026, a vehicular collision occurred on US Highway 412 near Highway 45 in Hindsville, Madison County, Arkansas, resulting in injuries to multiple parties. Kate Reynolds, 61, of Huntsville, was driving a 2020 Chevy Equinox westbound when she struck a northbound 2009 Ford Focus attempting to cross the highway. Following the initial impact, Reynolds’ vehicle collided with a stop sign. Weather and road conditions were reported as clear and dry.
