Lary Granger Killed in Wrong-Way Crash Near Blanchard, Oklahoma on November 15, 2025

On November 15, 2025, a fatal traffic collision occurred on the H.E. Bailey Spur near mile marker 101 in Grady County, Oklahoma. The incident involved a head-on collision between a gray Chevrolet pickup traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes and a white Toyota Camry traveling in the correct direction. Both drivers, including 47-year-old Lary Granger of Lawton, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that there were no passengers in either vehicle, and both men were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. The circumstances surrounding the wrong-way travel remain under investigation. The interstate was closed for nearly six hours while authorities cleared the scene and conducted their investigation.
