Michael Braegelmann Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision in Rockville, Minnesota on October 21, 2025

On October 21, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and County Road 47 in Rockville, Stearns County. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash took place at approximately 5:57 p.m. when a westbound 2001 Dodge Ram pickup collided with a southbound 2020 Honda CR-V at the intersection.

Among the injured was 77-year-old Michael John Braegelmann of Richmond, Minnesota, a passenger in the Honda CR-V. Both Braegelmann and the driver, 74-year-old Rosalie Lorraine Braegelmann, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to St. Cloud Hospital for medical treatment. The driver of the pickup, 69-year-old Dale Leon Desmarais of Rockville, also suffered non-life-threatening injuries. All individuals were reported to have been wearing seat belts at the time, and no alcohol involvement was noted. The incident remains under investigation by the Minnesota State Patrol.
