Mykaila Lessley Injured in Seattle, Washington I-5 Collision – November 3, 2025
In Seattle, Washington, on November 3, 2025, 25-year-old Everett resident Mykaila L. Lessley sustained injuries in a three-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 5 near the West Seattle Freeway. According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 12:11 p.m. when a 2003 Toyota Camry hydroplaned while merging onto the freeway, triggering a chain reaction involving a Toyota Tacoma and a Honda Fit. Excessive speed and wet road conditions were identified as contributing factors in the incident.
Ms. Lessley, a passenger in the Camry, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment. The driver of the Camry, Dion R. Vinson, was uninjured, as were the operators of the other vehicles involved. All three vehicles were reported totaled, and the southbound lanes of I-5 were closed for over two hours during cleanup and investigation. No drugs or alcohol were reported as factors in the collision.
