Robert Frosaker Injured in Highway 43 Collision in Wilson Township, Minnesota on October 21, 2025

On October 21, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 43 at Milepost 37 in Wilson Township, Winona County, Minnesota. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a northbound 2024 Toyota RAV4 and a southbound 2019 Ford Transit van collided under dry road conditions at approximately 6:55 a.m. Among the individuals involved was 63-year-old Robert Brett Frosaker of Seattle, Washington, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to Winona Health for medical treatment.
