Ryan Atkinson Injured in Head-On Collision on Highway 115 – Randolph County, AR, October 18, 2025

On October 18, 2025, a severe two-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 115 at Mockinbird Road in rural Randolph County, Arkansas. According to the Arkansas Department of Public Safety, a southbound 2017 Chevrolet crossed the centerline and struck an oncoming vehicle head-on, causing the second vehicle to overturn. The crash took place in clear weather and dry road conditions at approximately 1:25 a.m.

Ryan Atkinson, a 24-year-old resident of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, was a passenger in the overturned vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision. Another individual, Brandon McCall, 29, of Pocahontas, was driving the same vehicle and was also injured. The driver of the Chevrolet, Ann Davis, 55, of Maynard, Arkansas, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Both injured parties were transported to St. Bernards/Regional One Medical Center for treatment. Trooper Nicholas S. Poulsen conducted the investigation.
